1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding contractual agreement between you and Nordic Atlas Expeditions AB (trading as Wonderbenchscoutshelves, registered company 556912-8821, Drottninggatan 88B, 111 36 Stockholm, Sweden).

2. Nature of the Editorial Service

The platform provides curated geographical intelligence, seasonal telemetry, travel guides, and cultural analyses covering the Kingdom of Sweden for educational and informational planning purposes.

3. Arctic & Wilderness Safety Disclaimer

FIELD NOTICE: Exploration of sub-arctic Lapland, high mountain passes (Kebnekaise, Kungsleden), and remote archipelago skerries carries inherent physical risks:

• Users must possess appropriate alpine wilderness training, navigational equipment, and cold-weather gear.
• Content does NOT substitute for official warnings issued by SMHI, Polisen, or Mountain Rescue (Fjällräddningen).
• Nordic Atlas Expeditions AB assumes no liability for injury, hypothermia, or equipment loss incurred during independent travel.

4. Intellectual Property & Content Licensing

All textual narratives, custom CSS, scripts, and editorial indices are proprietary intellectual property protected under Swedish Copyright Law (Lag 1960:729) and international treaties.

5. Governing Law & Judicial Venue

These Terms are governed by the substantive laws of the Kingdom of Sweden. Any legal dispute shall be settled by the District Court of Stockholm (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.
